Service and help after the sale sets us apart from our competitors.
All of our customers are supported by a help desk plan. Our plan is designed to both encourage you to call when you need us and also designed in a fashion to allow you to manage this cost.
We have a variety of plans:
- Gold Plan: An all-inclusive plan where we bundle all on going services together. This plan is for the customer that wants to know and plan for exactly what their out of pocket expenses will be over a given time and wants the absolute greatest amount of protection against down time and disruptions. This plan includes hardware maintenance, software maintenance and support, along with our world-class data backup plan. This is our most comprehensive plan and can be set up for either annual or quarterly payment plans
- Silver Plan: This plan is a subset of the above and might include one or more of the above service products.
- Ala Carte Plan: Some customers only need help desk services and provide for their own network and hardware support for example. This customer purchases a block of time to be redeemed over the next 12 months. Keystone is unique in that we allow un-used time to “roll” forward into next year with the renewal of the help desk agreement.
So regardless of your mindset or your budget Keystone has a maintenance and support plan for you. As a testimony of our service plans over 95% of all our customers are on active service and support plans of some type.
