Keystone Management Systems, Inc. was founded in 1991 and remains in its original location in Cordova Tennessee. Focusing primarily on the POS business Keystone has literally been involved in the installation of hundreds of systems in both the retail and hospitality industries. Since turning our attention solely to the retail industry in 1996 Keystone has become an industry leader in the marketplace. Keystone has customers in more than a dozen states. Because of our strategic alliances with national manufacturers we can easily support customers in all 50 states. Keystone has solutions for POS, Surveillance, Theft Prevention, Credit Card Processing, and Online Data Backup. If the technology is required in a retail store, Keystone probably has an answer. We are your turn-key solution for business.

A sampling of our customers ranges from single store â€œmom and popâ€ operations, all the way to multiple stores in multiple locations. Some customers are known only in their local market and others with nationwide and even worldwide recognition. 	Greg Hall is the founder and president of Keystone Management and takes day-today responsibility for the sales efforts and strategic direction of the company.
	Chuck Herndon, Vice President is responsible for system implementation, training, and overall customer satisfaction. In addition Chuck handles support for our multi-location customers.
	Kathy Jones, Administrator, is responsible for all accounting functions for the company.
	Kari Dodson, Manager of Support, is responsible for managing all help desk activity including oversite of over 1500 calls per year. In addition Kari coordinates the implementation of new releases.
	Marty McCarter, Market Partner - East Tennessee. Marty is responsible for all customer activity in the eastern part of Tennessee. His area covers Chattanooga, North Georgia, Knoxville, and the Tri-Cities area.
